The Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program or SSEAYP is carried out primarily by the Office of the Prime Minister of Japan through the Management and Coordination Agency-Youth Affairs Administration, with the active cooperation of the participating countries involved. In the Philippines, the program is being implemented by the Office of the President through the NYC.
SSEAYP is Pocholo’s first overseas travel and first international representation as a youth advocate. It opened the door to all his other international travels, as well as local and international awards. And the rest was history.
