Pocholo was a delegate on the International Conference on Youth Empowerment: A Cultural Exchange. The conference was organized by and held at the Department of Applied Social Studies at City University of Hong Kong on May 17-20, 2004.
The four-day conference is a venue for the youth to share their ideas and experience for youth empowerment and development. The delegates systematically and academically present their studies or field experiences through presentations.
